Flubb! Just in time for the EOD. So what's your take on the game so far? Who is your preferred lynch and who not and why?

I'm thinking of the latter half of post 276. Looking at it now I think I read a lot into it that maybe you didn't intend... I took "this is an interesting observation" as scathing sarcasm, but you could have meant anything by it.

Were his reads off as in incorrect, or off as in wishy-washy? (confession time - I didn't read huge chunks of that last game. sorry everbody! :C )


@dedoporno I don't know if you know but your unvote actually took supplementscene to L-3 (??)

I still think if vitek's unhappy with the lynch options he could be doing more than he is. But if he's working and stressed with tight deadlines and unsure what he can do I can strongly sympathise.

That would explain the vague icky-ness I was feeling last night.

After reading Lift's post, I took a moment to try and figure out what he was going for.
1) He could possibly be trying to cover for you pre-emptively. This doesn't make much sense though, since you have basically no pressure.
2) He's prompting Vitek to vote for one of Vitek's scum reads. Quoting from Vitek's post 200: "So Dessimu, Lift, scen or Lift prehaps". Everyone and their grandma noticed Lift's name was in Vitek's short list twice, which might or might not be a mistake on Vitek's part (Pre-post edit: which has been clarified as a mistake). Was Lift asking Vitek to vote for Lift? This also didn't really make sense, except maybe as W/W, I guess?
3) Lift is just encouraging/pushing Vitek to place a real vote. This could be any alignment of Lift.

Thus far, I've been considering each player's alignment independently, not in relation to other players.

I haven't considered whether Poppy/Lift might be W/W. I don't know Poppy well enough to guess how she might handle such a play, but it is entirely reasonable to think that scum!Lift might get in a 'fight' with his scum buddies.

Unlikely but possible in D1, depending on how things shake out. Otherwise later in the game (or post game, if I end up dead before revealing and anyone remembers to ask).

Meh. SPF is pretty much speaking my mind on that whole "If you're vig, don't kill tonight so we don't think there's an SK" thing. He might have been the only one saying it, but he wasn't the only one thinking it.

Sorry only just got chance to get online at work. Ok well I didn't want to reveal this but I have a role that town don't want to lose. I don't want to reveal more than that as that'll give Scum more info than they need. Now I've revealed this I'm probably getting killed tonight now anyway so I don't suppose it matters if you lynch me and get information.

I haven't played this well considering I had a role but thought I didn't get lynched in the last game so why would I now? Sorry guys.

I have to get to work now and am not sure if I'll be back before 5 so I'm moving my vote to the second biggest wagon

Also, since you seem to be still here, can you answer Vitek's question from post #305?



Vitek says he needs more time to form reads than the 2ds he had since he subbed in (while in game #53 he was playing from the start). Do you think he's not entirely sincere about that?


Is anyone willing/prepared to reconsider their position based on what supplementscene claims? Assuming he's going to?

What's the difference between you revealing more about your role, and the info getting out upon your lynch? I really don't get the logic behind this.

This doesn't make sense if you are town. And if you are scum it's about the easiest way of making a claim. "Hey, I totally am a PR, but I'm not going to tell you which one." ... which nicely avoids anyone being able to contradict you. You basically expect us to believe you, that you are important for town just because you say so. Without explaining anything.

I think you are scum and couldn't come up with a good claim under pressure, so you tried it with this half-claim.

Do you have a second choice?
