I think I get what lift is trying to say, he is saying that town doesn't have enough information in the game to be sure/to know that player X is scum whereas scum will know that player Y is town for sure. So he goes on to say that since Vitek is scum (according to him) he knows lift is town but he's trying to represent him as scum. However if Vitek was town then his knowledge wouldn't be certain, it would be more likely to see him say things which indicate lift might be scum rather than saying that he knows lift is scum.

That being said, I think that is a very weak argument. Although, I don't think it is as ridiculous as you and Vitek seem to think it is. Well, I guess it is time for me to vote.

As I said, there is a big difference in saying you know something and knowing something.


If I say "I know you stole my candy" but haven't seen you do it, does it mean I know you stole it for a fact? No, but I am convinced you did because there was nobody else around and you expressed your interest in it before.
If someone accuses you of stealing the candy, all clues point to you and when searching your room all expect to find it only I like it won't be there with no visible apparent reason for it. Why? Because I knew it won't be there and that person because I stole it.
So I had knowledge of his innocence, never said I know it but acted like I know he is innocent even though I couldn't any other way than by being guilty myself.

Not if I want to lynch him and say I know he's scum in some of my arguments. If he flips town and I'd be saying that then obviously I didn't know it and if he'd flip town then only way to know it in advance (without being cop), would be to be his buddy.


I would say this is something Lift should be very aware of and I can only interpret his current action as scum trying to make something out of nothing. I just know he wouldn't do that as town. :-)

Sorry to curb your amusement, but that's not what I wrote. That's what Vitek tried to make out of what I wrote by twisting it. If Vitek is scum, it totally makes sense for him to twist what I wrote. But why are you buying into his twisted version? If you read what I wrote and not what Vitek wrote about what I wrote, then you will see that it was about the pretended knowledge that Vitek said he had. Not about my actual alignment.

But yes, flubb is a likely second scum. That's why I voted for him.

I know that on it's own it's a weak argument. It just was something that for me confirmed my own perception of Vitek being scum. Especially the way how he tried to make my post mean something which it doesn't mean. I don't thing town-Vitek would try so hard to twist everything I write.


And you're wrong again. I do exactly that because I am town and because I think you wouldn't twist everything I write like you do if you were town. ... Yes, I know I sometimes put too much focus on semantics, but in your case the semantics was only the start and the way how you act is the proof, for me at least, that you are scum.

And since I'm at L-1 it might be time to claim. Not that it will change much.

I am Poppy the Clefairy and I had two cute skills, but could use each only once. (=JOAT, I guess)

First, I could charm an attacker so that he decided not to harm me (= one-shot bulletproof, which I used up N1)
Second, I could hold hands with someone, going everywhere he goes (= one-shot Tracker, which I used in N2, targeting trent to corroborate his claim. But he didn't go anywhere).

So, now I'm out of powers and basically Vanilla. Usually that would make me an acceptable loss for town. But right now any mis-lynch means that town loses. So I hope that Hunter or Trent will find the time to re-read how Vitek kept twisting everything, realizing that he is scum.

What about you, Vitek. You're at L-1 too. How about a full claim?
