Slippage? Yes, definitely. Getting rid of the 'one global price' policy is definitely slippage. No arguments there. That was a major, defining policy that was right there from the beginning and they canned it. I know they offer rebates, but it still doesn't compensate for the price gouging that many countries now face. GOG was about standing up to bad industry practices and pricing was one of those things that it stood against. It wasn't just the DRM. Not back then.
But there's nothing about the current situation or the general path that GOG is on that in any way stops you from using the site any differently than you could have done back in the beta. Once you've got the payment out the way, that is.
