Over an arguing on the forum. I never had a moderated message before, but I won't deny it happened : I called some people hypocrites and reactionary, and they called me a dumbass, a victim and limited intellect. They insisted in all their post that I was insulting, and I suppose they reported me, and the moderator didn't delete my message, he just wrote "[ Corrigé ]" (corrected in english) instead of my text, and the messages now have a mention "Post edited x hours ago by Virgile". He is the french speaking moderator.

But it wasn't enough for him, so he completely deleted my account with 321 games if I remember correctly.

I know that some of you would have been on the other side during the arguing, but that's not the point, just be aware that over something trivial, GOG can just delete your account with the thousands of € of game rendered inaccessible. I received no message from GOG or the moderation and they don't answer my when I contact the support.

Unfortunately, this message and probably this account as well won't last long (not that I care about this empty account).
So I'm also going to post on reddit, and multiple social medias and video games forums.

As I find your claims difficult to believe and I have no idea who are you: give me some proof.

Proof that I can't connect to my account anymore ? how am I supposed to do that ?

I'm pretty sure GOG won't delete an account under circumstances like this. (I also doubt "moderators" have the ability to do so.)

You didn't buy all your games via a key reseller like G2A right? Those get revoked.

It's a holiday weekend in Poland so unfortunately it might take extra time to sort this out.

being banned in the forum have no impact on your game account. it is much more likely that you have forgotten your password or logged into the wrong account

I allready reinitiated my password
I can't connect with my phone, my desktop computer or my laptob, be it on the website or with Galaxy Absolutely not, they were registerd by firefox, by google and by galaxy, and I reseted my password and received the mail to change it and changed it successfully, but I'm still unable to log in

it is possible that you have been hacked. contact gOg support to reclaim your account

edit: your account is not deleted, as the link you provided to the forum thread where a mod edited your post, shows your username and profile picture. when an account is deleted, those are deleted as well.

Yeah, I tried, but no answer, but I would have received an email if someone was trying to connect from a new device.

And it happened exactly when I got moderated on the forum.

Plus isn't it weird that instead of deleting my messages he replaced their content with "[Corrected]" ?

I just think a moderator lost his mind.
I don't know the exact status of my account, all I know is that I'm denied any access to it.

as said before, ther is a holiday in Poland right now, so the rerspons rate will be slow, perhaps non exisitng.

also as said above - your account is not deleted as your username and profile picture still shows in that thread.

the mod may not have privileges to delete posts, but only edit them. you are not the first person to have an edited post by a mod. (again - speaking from personal experience)

Fine, so it's probably not deleted, but I'd like to be able to do a bit more than just changing my password all I want, like accessing my games for exemple.
