sgtjackv: Ok, sorry, it's just that........ well......... I'm just triggered by the disturbing lack of classics. That's all. I just want GOG to have it's original purpose. It's like MTV, or TLC. They don't do what they were made to do anymore.
Using the entirely arbitrary criterion of "originally came out before 2010", these are the "classic" games released since the beginning of the year: Pizza Tycoon
Pizza Tycoon 2
Sea Dogs: City of Abandoned Ships
Ignition
Tachyon: The Fringe
Ceville (re-added to the catalogue after having been removed)
Lost Eden
Imperium Galactica II: Alliances
SWAT 4: Gold Edition
Constructor (re-added to the catalogue after having been removed)
Freddy Pharkas: Frontier Pharmacist
Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom
Caesar
Caesar II
Dear Esther: Landmark Edition (borderline case, as the original mod was from ca. 2008, while the first standalone commercial version released in 2012)
The Colonel's Bequest
The Dagger of Amon Ra
Hidden & Dangerous Action Pack
Hidden & Dangerous 2: Courage Under Fire
The Adventures of Willy Beamish
Turok 2: Seeds of Evil
Army Men RTS
Delta Force
Delta Force 2
Delta Force: Land Warrior
Delta Force: Task Force Dagger
Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Platinum Pack
Delta Force Xtreme
Maybe you're not interested in/don't like these particular games, or you wish more were action shooters or whatever, but that's a seriously impressive run of "classics" for such a short timeframe, and would have been so even in any of GOG's early years.

And a parting tip: complaints that a site isn't like it used to be back in the day come off as more than a little silly when they come from a user account created the previous month. ;)
2015.
