ne_zavarj: And we don't have this .

Klumpen0815: I didn't even know this, looks and sounds great.
Same. Now there's a game that stands out from the pack. Voted for it on the wishlist.

Very weird that they reject Braid of all games. The only reason I can think of is that they figure everyone already owns it drm-free from the Humble Bundle. Yes, Braid is another platformer, but it has such an awesome time manipulation mechanic that it really stands out from the rest.

Gonchi: Not surprised really. GOG's decisions are at times so random and incomprehensible to me that I seriously consider if their process for accepting games is merely throwing darts at a board labeled YES/NO.
I'm sure there is a method to their madness. Trust GOG.
Oh come on, that game has been on a million sales and in a billion bundles already; it's the one that started this whole indie puzzle platformer nonsense. Plus it really isn't a good game, it requires barely and skill and the puzzles require barely and thought. The best part of it are the nice graphics. Do people really need this game at this point of time anymore?

About Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet that game is being selfpublished since february and has no contract obligations to Microsoft anymore so it would be nice if it can get here. I think ill conctact the developer and ask him about the game coming here. It really impressed me now.

For most people here I think gog is more or less a backup platform since it can not get any real exclusive deals anymore since most are tied to early access agreements on Steam so yeah that game should be here.

Instead of all the generic Indie Platformers this one at least has some things inside that aren't visible at first glance.
Have you finished it? Have you found the hidden stars or at least one of them?

Spoiler:
Didn't you think the theme of "inner mind and personal life problems of a scientist that worked on the Manhattan Project and wants to reverse time to get his girl back that fleed from him" was implemented in a nice way or didn't you get the meaning of the whole story at all?

I wonder how long they'll hold before they make an official comment on these rejected games. This gotta be the 4th topic on rejected games in about two days!

Maybe they have something huge, something a lot better coming up. Like 25 AAA games coming to GOG. Yep, that's gotta be it.

Train Simulator 14 and it's $3000+ in DLC!
I do hope we can get Train Fever although that one is not sure at the moment to come here as said by the developer and now I understand why coming from the way gog handles developers.

Klumpen0815: ...
Yes, I had finished it, no I hadn't found all the stars because they way they are hidden is BS. And yes, i know the interpretations, and guess what? They're dumb as well. There is no art here, it's just some metaphors loosely tied together, so that it's "open up for interpretation". That doesn't take skill, which is why every indy developer and their mother is doing it as well. The impressive feat Blow did accomplish was making the type of game that exactly hit a certain nerve of the internet, so sites like Penny Arcade could guilt-trip people into buying it.
Weird... I have always considered 100% GOG material. I'm really curios on why GOG rejected it. Maybe it's been too long since the game came out, it was also bundled a lot...
GOG could always do occasional indie bundles of their own as a way to introduce quality games into the catalog that they've overlooked.

+1 for this. I think this is the best idea in a long time here.
Voted for a few of those and I already own them on Steam and Humble Bundle. I would buy them again in an instant. Please rethink your decision who is in charge of determining what comes to GOG.
