itchy01ca01: I will be noting this reference the next time our dollar starts going up. The last time it was up, we sure were not getting discounts here. Our dollar was ON PAR and yet, gog prices in Canada were truly much higher than in the US.
GOG used correct exchange rates for CAD from the moment it became available.
GOG has always used correct exchange rates for all currencies. Except for the regional prices, mostly Russian ruble, where it's actually
cheaper. Never more expensive (without fair price package reimbursement).
itchy01ca01: So just the same old bullshit oil companies try and pull on us. Just admit Canadians get fucked over and have done with all the stupid guesstimations and overwrought excuses.
How about a single example? Just one?
Give a single instance where GOG gave a higher price in CAD, or any currency for that matter, than USD without reimbursing through fair package (rounding to x.99 aside). Because if you can't, then you're the one giving the "same old bullshit".
You may believe what you want, but simple primary school arithmetic can prove you wrong. I'm done explaining what has been repeated again and again by many members whenever these threads come up.
