Times have changed. There are far more Digital Distribution stores then before when it was just Steam, GOG, and Gamer's Gate.

Now look at what gaming has become now, in the PC space publishers want all the money for themselves cutting out the middle man.

Think it's just bad wording. The Cm probably means if you bought the GOG version, you have to seek a refund from them, not EA.

The power of copy on display, it's that simple!


Though i do wonder why there's no mention of GOG on their site other than they literally forgot...which happens more than you think

IMO this incident indicates that EA most likely is not interested in being a partner with GOG any more, and will probably cancel/fail to renew all their contracts with GOG as soon as they expire.

It's perfectly obvious now that GOG is part of a Globalist Jewish Cabal, directly funded by the Chinese government, with the purpose of enforcing more DRM and Spyware clients on the gaming community.

And (as other posters have already written) when the Hitler clone, who rules GOG, contacts the Hitler clone behind EA, please tell him to sell more of EA's old games here.

And what about serial keys for SPORE Collection? Almost a month has passed - how long will I have to wait?

I'm not looking for a refund. All I want are serial keys and maybe some compensation for the inconvenience (at least an apology from GOG for this situation).

Given that Ultima Underworld and the Syndicate games just returned, it's probably safe to assume EA still has interest in Gog. It's likely what the CM means is that Gog isn't a partner with EA Origins. Gog is most certainly an authorized seller of certain EA games - probably authorized from a different department within the company and this is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing

From experience, their CMs from the past decade or so have been a bit... oblivious.

EA's new EA Desktop App; GOG Galaxy client; IndieGala Client; and Itch.io Client seem to be missing from these desktop icons too. :oP

I also have an icon for the Microsoft Xbox for PC Client - some of their newer games use this; and so does PC Game Pass.

Well EA just re-released Ultima Underworlds and the Syndicate games so i guess GOG is not an partner of EA after all.

EAs CM clearly has no clue or interact with the people who make the business deals, should be obvious what's happening here.

Let's consider this is true and work on that angle. Is being a CM (asking someone who should know :) not 99% wordsmithing and 1% sweat? Is the lexicon nor your anvil, grammar your hammer and punctuation your bellows? Do you need not strike the hot steel with skill to get anything but a dull blade that would not even cut your salary, as deserved? :P
