I'd avoid buying it at that price as its regularly cheaper (such as in the next major sale on there if it does not arrive here). Steam sale is meant to start next week according to some leaks.

Nothing has been confirmed for a release here so far. As for the price, there have been better ones in the past and I think there will be a better one in the future.

I would say that Fallout 3, just like Oblivion, is eventually going to be released on GOG but only if Bethesda (or the GOG team, lets pray that its the GOG team) remove the incompatibility and the GFWL workaround
