GoG has a "contact us" section, but there is no way to actually contact them. This series of troubleshooting pages just leads in a circular nowhere. I'm having trouble with a game function for Pool of Radiance and Treasures of the Savage Frontier and would like help, or a refund so I can get another game. I admit I could be missing the link on this gray on gray website, however if it is there is carefully hidden.
I don't mean to be a pain but I've wasted almost an hour trying to solve this problem and would love nothing more than an actual link to an actual person. The problem I have is probably a two second fix, but this has gotten out of hand.

Maj. Major Major Major: Sergeant, from now on, I don't want anyone to come in and see me while I'm in my office. Is that clear?

First Sgt. Towser: Yes, sir. What do I say to people who want to come in and see you while you're in your office?

Maj. Major Major Major: Tell them I'm in and ask them to wait.

First Sgt. Towser: For how long?

Maj. Major Major Major: Until I've left.

First Sgt. Towser: And then what do I do with them?

Maj. Major Major Major: I don't care.

First Sgt. Towser: May I send people in to see you after you've left?

Maj. Major Major Major: Yes.

First Sgt. Towser: You won't be here then, will you?

Maj. Major Major Major: No.

First Sgt. Towser: I see, sir. Will that be all?

Maj. Major Major Major: Also, Sergeant, I don't want you coming in while I'm in my office asking me if there's anything you can do for me. Is that clear?

First Sgt. Towser: Yes, sir. When should I come in your office and ask if there's anything I can do for you?

Maj. Major Major Major: When I'm not there.

First Sgt. Towser: What do I do then?

Maj. Major Major Major: Whatever has to be done.

First Sgt. Towser: Yes, sir.

GOG is too busy sucking Alaric's dick.

They'll get to your ticket just soon as he blows his wad.

The "contact us" section can be confusing.
What you're going to want to do is select your game, then go over to the right and click on the "I can't find solution for my problem" button.
Edit: Does this link work for you?

Glad to be of assistance.
The link for the other game, if I typed it out right (I don't own the game so I can't get to it from my account), should be this:
https://www.gog.com/support/contact/technical_issues_with_games/treasures_of_the_savage_frontier
Unfortunately that rerouted back to the original questionnaire page. Thanks for trying though!
Yes thank you for the dictation of a less than helpfull conversation.

Ah, yeah, it does that when you don't own the game or if the link's spelled wrong. It should still work if you do as I said with the life preserver thing over on the right, though.

Edit: Wait a second, the game IS on your account, right? 'Cause if it isn't, you aren't going to be able to get to it at all in the support page. It's an issue that's happened before.

In the case of "unbundled" games (games that appear for sale in GOG's catalog as a single product, but which are separated into several different items on your shelf after purchase), you need to search on the support page for the name of the product (not the individual game) you bought, rather than using the support link provided in your library. In your case, both games you mentioned are sold as part of Forgotten Realms: The Archives - Collection Two, for which you can find the support page here.
