After you get everyone, not including the two hidden characters, you get the Alpha Mode option.
Complete 100 dates in Alpha and evidently you win the game.

It doesn't end the game, it's just the most difficult it gets. The 101st date is at the same (capped) difficulty as 100 and the counter doesn't advance.
