You have to move to Poland though. :P (EDIT: Nothing against Poland, but I do know this is the main sticking point for people when I've shared this before.)

I don't have enough expertise to do any of them, let me know if they have a janitorial role. I'm perfectly fine with getting the hell out of US. I'm down with Polish women.

I'd also apply for the Junior programmer jobs, but I doubt I have enough of the required skills, or can afford a flight to Poland.

It's funny as during lunch, I thought about when there were going to be new vacant jobs in the French team :)

The French customer support representative interests me but first, I don't have anyone trustworhty to "guard" my house in Belgium if I'm away for a long time and most importantly, they don't specify if it can lead to an "undetermined time" contract or if it's just 2-3 years contract then goodbye forever which would kind of suck as I'm interested in getting the Polish citizenship.

Assuming you pass the first few rounds (CV and possibly a questionnaire), you should have a Skype interview where you can ask such questions. If you are not happy with the answers, you can always turn down the position, should you be offered one.

And of course they're still into that whole "need 4+ years of experience" nonsense. It scares people off even though they're open to being impressed by people with less experience, but quality knowledge of the area. :P
