Don't have a specific game in mind, but I believe many games use the current time to seed the random number generator, and I would imagine that includes many of the games available on gog.com, particularly older games.
So, depending on how you interpret the topic, such games *could* technically qualify, as you will only get this particular random seed if you start the game on this particular second, but it isn't something that is obvious to the casual player. (It is something that comes up when making a tool-assisted speedrun (TAS) of a game, as you do need a predictable random seed to do that.)
