Gabriel Knight 3 also has a graphic novel that's missing from GOG. It's available from the same site linked to for GK1 in the OP.

I don't know whether anyone noticed, but the first track of Baldur's Gate 2 soundtrack is missing about 1 milisecond in the beginning. It's quite noticeable because the same track was found in the first track of the removed (supposed to be) Throne of Bhaal's soundtrack (it was actually the exact tracks of Shadow of Amn). The noticeable part is that the song starts with the "Ha Ha" orchestra sound/vocal (sorry for my lack of knowledge in music ;D), but the remaining track starts with only one "Ha" sound.

It can be a little annoying seeing all these problems (and ones on the sub-forums, such as sub-par game soundtracks) and apparently not seeing GOG spending some time going over them and fixing them. And we're powerless to do little more than point them out. :/

The new Mac version of Fallout is based on the original DOS version. While graphics and gameplay are identical, some text is not voiced and most mods are incompatible.

Machinarium: Collector's Edition According to browser settings and other OS settings, the flash-game save-games can regularly be deleted. Workarounds are present in the forum.

Master of Orion 2 Only the DOSBOX version is patched to the newest version and it's fan-made. Win 95 version is supplied but has no entry in the start menu.

M.A.X. Full title (Mechanized Assault & Exploration) missing. An .exe for Win95 missing.

Total Annihilation By porting the soundtrack to MP3s, it broke in-game. It repeats tracks infinitely or does not immediately allow for turning the music off.
