2. Did you buy those games on GOG, or on a key reseller site like G2A? Lots of people had problems with keys from G2A because the keys sold there were purchased with stolen credit card data (and of course GOG blocked them).
3. If 1 doesn't help and 2 isn't the case:
Contact support. If 2 is the case, contact support anyway and prepare to ask G2A for a refund.
I purchased on GOG. I found out 7 games are invisible and request GOG surpport, Thanks.
