This is just a nitpick, but it annoys the Hell out of me. After I earn a secret achievement, my feed says "paladin181 earned an achievement:" and it has a blank icon. Hovering over this achievement shows "Secret achievement: keep playing to unlock" I did. I unlocked it. Why is it then still being kept a secret from me?

Please actually fix your broken janky shit, or don't supply it. I'd rather not have achievements than to have that eyesore on games I'm playing.

Restarting Galaxy used to fix this. It does not any longer.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? (And no, don't use Galaxy is not a solution, since that does not actually fix the issue at hand, for all you anti-Galaxy crowd)

Yeah, Galaxy is very slow in recording changes. I personally see that the day after I get them, the secret achievements are all updated and appear regularly in the feed.
That’s easy, you only have to…

Oh, that’s no fun!

Stop caring about achievements.
You should get an achievement every time you get an achievement. It would be so awesome.
I agree this is wrong... gog shouldn't be keeping paladin's achievements in the bedroom secret. As it is, I'm forced to climb trees and use binoculars... which makes it hard to record while hanging like that.

BlueMooner: and use binoculars...
You must have them pressed right up against the window glass, as I am finding it a real challenge to see anything of significance even with a high-powered electro-microscope...

arrua: Stop caring about achievements.
Yup. A game should be fun on its own, without having to resort to virtual pats on the back to reward you for playing.

Stop telling other people what they should be caring about.

The argument. You won the argument.

But arguments are not won. That is just something idiots believe to feed their ego. Which adds to the fact that idiocy is immune to reason.
