So, It has come to my attention that now, Gog is REQUIRING that Gog Galaxy be installed BEFORE you can download and install Strife:Veteran Edition.

I ask because I thought Surgeon Sim was the same way because there were no GOG Downloader links, but it turns out if you click on the regular download link and don't have Galaxy it just downloads it through the web,

The Source code is on github. Even if it required galaxy, you could remove any dependencies. It even includes a galaxy/steam service stub.
