Please use: http://mantis.gog.com and include
1. steps to reproduce the bug (if possible)
2. screenshot or movie showing the bug (if possible)
3. Galaxy Client logs (see below)

Where can I find Galaxy logs on my computer?
On Windows 7 or later: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
On Mac OS X: /Users/Shared/GOG.com/Galaxy/Logs

== FEATURE SUGGESTIONS ==

Please use: http://www.gog.com/wishlist/galaxy. For feature suggestions and votes on them please try do explain how Galaxy and its users will really benefit from it.

== IMPORT ALREADY INSTALLED GAMES TO GALAXY ==

1. For GOG games installed using installers from the last few months (so called Galaxy-compatible installers)
Click the Galaxy logo button on top of the sidebar and select "scan and import folders" - it will find all compatible games within that folder and add them to the Client.

2. For remaining GOG game INSTALLATIONS
Find the game in the Library (click on the image of the game), then click the More button and select "Manage Installation" -> "Import folder" and point the folder selector into the folder where that game is installed.

== KNOWN ISSUES ==
- throttling max download speed is not yet possible
- notifications related to incoming chat messages and friend requests does not always disappear instantly when consumed and may require reloading Store page
- games imported from existing installations will auto-update once, even if updating is disabled
- Moving Galaxy from /Applications on Mac OS X will stop the app from working
- Galaxy cannot be launched by other users on the same computer

For everyone who has a problem with missing api-ms-crt dlls in Client's versions post 1.1.5:
Please install one of those windows update: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2999226 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3118401
You may need to update Windows to meet the requirements for these:
For Windows 8.1 and for Windows Server 2012: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2919355
For Windows 7 and for Windows Server 2008 R2: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/976932

You can also try reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables 2015 (x86) if you meet above requirements.
Available here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

If above instructions doesn't work for you, create a separate issue on mantis.gog.com and we'll try to help you individually.

Please note that this solution only helps with the missing api-ms-crt dlls.

Answering this question: Why 1.1 doesn't work after updating to 1.2?

This is happening probably due to incompatible database from version 1.2, please delete this folder:
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage
usually
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\storage\

Then you'll have to use scan&import (menu under the top Galaxy logo) function to see your games back in Galaxy Client.

Lebostein: Thanks for the 1.1 hint.

But it seems 1.1 has language problems with some games. For example Shadowgate. For the german and other languages there are extra installers:

shadowgate_2.2.0.8.dmg
shadowgate_french_2.3.0.10.dmg
shadowgate_german_2.2.0.8.dmg
shadowgate_italian_2.2.0.8.dmg
...
But if you try to download the game with Galaxy it says, there are 5 languages "in game". But this is not true! Shadowgate don't allow to change the language inside the game. So it is impossible to install the german version of Shadowgate with Galaxy. I get the english version only.

Other thing: On Mac OS X the downloaded files, folders and app-directories with Galaxy get the date of download. But this is not nice because it is impossible to see how old is a game or a file really. Why the downloaded files don't get the original creation date (= the same date I get with the installer) after download process?
Thanks for information, we'll fix that.
We've released the preview of Galaxy 1.1.1 update. You can find detailed list of changes and info how to access preview updates at the top of this thread.

Liosan
Why does Galaxy auto-add some games that were installed with the normal install method?
Good vibes for the Galaxy team ;)

Wow, 1.1.1 loads really fast. Just a few seconds here.

If I close galaxy during an update and I have galaxy set to close when I click the "x" how will that affect the update?

I use Mac OS X. My applications are in the official /Applications folder and my games are in a /Games folder. But I can not set the /Games folder for default in Galaxy! Why? If I install a game I can set the /Games folder manually (in 1.1). This works. But in the preferences it is not allowed. I am confused.
I'm having a problem launching The Witcher using Galaxy. I click the big green Play button and nothing happens. The game works fine when launched using the shortcuts in the Start screen. I tried verifying the installation but that didn't fix the problem.

These log entries are created when the Play button is clicked:

Very nice, glad the naming issues appears to be fixed. :)
Indeed. I'll pass as I own all of the Clancy games up to 2007 roughly on DVD already and Ubi has been opening up a very very small amount on their older titles so it looks like they're trying to monetize the older stuff again so it very well might show up here. There seems to be a habit of some companies exhausting promo options on Steam, then exhausting promo options on bundle sites then sometimes coming to GOG.

In this case, I'll wait until they come to GOG then just buy the ones I don't already own on sale. Coming soon to a Galaxy near you! :)
Awesome, with 1.1.1, I can now launch Nox in compatibility mode via the client. Thanks devs!

It says in the changelog that it was only for non-admin accounts; mine's admin though on Win 10, and the problem persisted until this update. Take that as you will, I guess.
When I click on install in Galaxy will it install the game or download the installer. I would be using a different PC for playing, not connected to the internet.

7PCGamer: When I click on install in Galaxy will it install the game or download the installer.
It will install the game. You should be able to download the installer through the "More->Get Backup and Extras" option.
Seems like game time tracking does not work for The Witcher 3 anymore. I'm stuck at 178h 28m, should be ~200h. I don't know of that's a problem with Galaxy (1.1.1.) or the game 1.08.3 - one of the Witcher patches gave me the "Passed the Trial" achievement, although I've never finished the game.
Pillars of eternity single download patch from 2.0 to 2.01 is 68 MB, but Galaxy download 4 GB now to update the game from 2.0 to 2.01. What is wrong?
Where are the Achievements viewable outside of in-game?? Maybe I was thinking it would be similar to what you find on Steam, but for the life of me, I can't find them (playing Blackguards 2 atm) unless I'm in the game itself.

There are definitely still issues w/ them even there; some I should have rec'd haven't appeared, but I've got a separate thread for that in that game's forum.

Before I post this as a bug (new issue): anyone else notice that the calculation of time spent playing a game is waaaay off? I have probably only about 50% of the time I've spent playing Blackguards 2 noted. Weird.
