I'm neither using Win11 nor Galaxy, but shouldn't there be an entry "uninstall" in your Galaxy folder?

Alternatively: [Start] --> [Settings] --> [Apps] --> [Apps & features] .
Find "Galaxy", select [More] --> [Uninstall].

Did you try throwing the hard drive in a microwave and then throwing the microwave into the path of an orbital ion cannon? Because that might be the only way to be sure beyond building a Halo array o.0

There is. If OP goes to their Program Files (x86) folder there is a GOG Galaxy folder with an uninstall exe
