Is it maybe running in task manager? If it is in task manager, try to end the process and try to start it again maybe. Some apps do not launch for me sometimes, but the solution that I wrote always helps me, but I do not know if it will help you.

I did try this , i try run it with task manager open side by side , we see the pink ring icon for a few seconds but it finished itself

well it loses connected accounts all the time , failing to sync , sometimes just quits as it cant connect to gog server
