The forum reputation score is a joke, and the search doesn't work. And there are other daft, (easily repaired), bugs with the forum too. (Doing a search with two words, with a space between, finds nothing because it inserts '%20').
My respect for (old) GOG is fading. I assume some people just leave GOG in their wake and don't post their grievances.
Yes, the forum search is crap, but to be fair it's not the moderators' fault. Their responsibility is to moderate forum posts, not maintain the forum infrastructure code base. The lack of maintenance of the forum is really the fault of the people in charge of GOG, who are assigning the resources. Clearly, they are not assigning any resources at all to maintenance of the forum code. (what they are assigning resources to is a bit of a mystery, tbh ...)
