Nonexistent.
Hello, all!

I can confirm the pairing with Hijack. I also found it a bit ironic. (I do believe it was chance but ironic none-the-less.)

So what is the reason to share who your Lover is?

How many Surrealists does it take to screw in a light bulb?

8, one to hold the light bulb and seven to spin the table the one is standing on.

cristigale: The fish?
So long, and thanks for all of them. (soft-claim: dolphin)

No.

Lifthrasil: So, should we all share our lovers? ... Share, who our lovers are, I mean. Not share them in bed! Get your mind out of the gutter!

What are your thoughts on this? Are there any drawbacks for town to know which the pairings are? Scum will know each other's lover anyhow and therefore know whom they can target without danger to their team. But they may and will try to use their partner as a shield to stay alive longer. "Hey! I'm partner with ... So if you kill me, you'll kill her too!"
Does town have an advantage if the pairings remain unknown? From the get go, scum knows all town and two of the pairings. They do not know which town are paired together.

We are either at one of two points right now:
1. scum knows all the pairings (Hijack and I are town, the remaining town pair by process of elimination)
2. scum still only knows their original two pairings (either Hijack or I are scum) (I know I am not but the rest of town doesn’t)

If the pairings remain unknown, is it easier for scum to steer the vote toward a town pair?

Unless, I’m missing something, I think town is in a better position knowing the pairings. Once the first lynch is flipped, a lot can be learned. What do the rest of you think?
avatar
Lifthrasil: Sorry, cristi. But unfortunately we'll have to sacrifice one townie each time we lynch one scum.
No, problem. If any of us is paired with scum, the most town thing we can do is help secure the lynch.

I think this setup will be fun. Pure scum hunting. Lots of paranoia.

Like anyone in their right mind should be using those yet anyway. :P

As for editing, I assumed this would be the case. However, thanks for the clarification.
