Since about ten minutes I get notifications about new answers to my posts, but in the thread where this answers should be is not even a single new post. I guess there is something wrong. Does anybody else have this problem?
Like now, for example?

By pressing "reply" on a post and deleting the quoted text, the other person will get a notification but the post in question won't be an answer to him.

This seems to work. The most problems I have with the release thread for the D&D collections.

They should have gone pineapples.
The forum's been seriously borked since the site update. I also get ghost notifications, lingering notifications, and more often than not I get no notifications of chat responses or game updates. Same old same old.

Let's go full-on Carmen Miranda with a fruit salad on a hat! :)
I found the Forgotten Realms Archive subforum, but I don't seem to be able to post.

Yet, there is a topic there (with zero replies).

Hmm perhaps that's why there are no new posts in Agarest subforum for quite a time... I feel a bit lonely there :)
The forum usually goes dolally when there is a high-traffic release, like today's D&D bonanza. The forum is set at a lower priority than the main site (which is what makes the moolah), so when traffic spikes the forum suffers first.
This happens to me alot. I just ignore it now.

I seem to be able to post there, but I don't have anything to add to the conversation.

By the way, does the game use .bra files like Elminage Gothic and the original Agarest? I have almost written my own implementation of the bra unpacker in Python and it's at the point where I actually can uncompress a file. (Maybe that's something to post there.)

Yes it does, however all files have mostly numerical only names, and there are many of them. If you will find which bra file has monster stats, item tables and similar stuff for Agarest 2 that would definitely help :) I hope they aren't spread through all the myriad of files.
