I've seen others (especially with the Flash Sales during big sales), make the first post be a link to other posts.

So you could copy page one into a new post, start a 2nd post, and the OP can just be links to the two new posts. Should buy you years of updates until the the OP runs out of characters for page links.

Maybe modify your next post, the fourth one in the thread?

You could start the next set with number 101, and leave the first 100 in the OP. Or, maybe copy the first 100 to the fourth thread, and let the OP start small again, beginning at 101.

(Either way, be sure pasting and posting works, then go back to delete text.)

Typically those that start such threads reserve the next few posts when they start it, so they'll be able to continue adding. Since you didn't do that, maybe you could move the older entries (say, up to end of June, to start from the start of a month) to a post somewhere, linking to it in the OP for those interested in archived info, and therefore clear space in the OP for new stuff.

You could ask the creators of the first few posts in the thread to delete their posts, giving you the first few posts to format however you wish.
