I'm also adding my +1 to Sins Rebellion Ultimate not being added to my account. I'm assuming it's because I don't have the soundtrack, but I do have the other individually bought DLCs...

I managed to connect accounts but my Sins of a Solar Empire Ultimate isn't recognized. Also i activated Frozen Cortex on GOG, friend gave me the code but GOG store now doesn't recognize that i own the game.

I'm also having the Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion Ultimate Edition problem. I've bought all the contents indivudually, but searching for it on the Steam store shows that Steam considers me owning the full Ultimate Editon, yet it doesn't show up in GOG Connect.
It recognized three other games, so it's all connected and well.

i couldn't find this particular bundle on Steam (at least for me)....it's no more on sale....so connect try to add a bundle which is no more available in the store.(no idea if it's the reason...but still worth mentioning it)
it seems they changed it...
the new bundle seems to be the gold one with the following content.
Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - Original Soundtrack
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - Forbidden Worlds DLC
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - Stellar Phenomena DLC
Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion - Outlaw Sectors DLC
Trinity is worthless in the bundle....
