Same problem here, around 10 games that i have on steam that it won't recognise and allow me to have the gog versions.

Oddly it has claimed SOME of the games between the two accounts.

Still, i have 1,043 steam games for it to synch as well as the service being hammered so i may wait a week and try again...

I'm having the same problem. I want to get Shadowrun returns. The reason I want it here is because Steam won't accept my card (works here just fine) and I want to get the DLC.
UPDATE:

This was just something I couldn't do for under an hour yesterday and shortly after posting this, 10 minutes later - things worked. Yay.
just added my voice to this, for the record, as I'm having the same issue. account set to public, definitely have eligible games (braid, shadowrun, saint's row of the top of my head), but can't get them recognized.

I'll try again tomorrow, I suppose. I wouldn't be making this fuss if not for the fact that its only couple of days left to sync up before the games in question become unavailable again.
Can someone from GoG step in and enter it manually if we provide screenshots?

...can you seriously not just wait 24 hours or so? Is it really that urgent for some reason?

I'm not in a hurry, just trying to offer a solution.

Considering the number of threads and posts complaining about the issue, they're probably swamped with enough support tickets about it as it is. There's no need to put even worse of a strain on them.

I didn't think about that. I apologize.

24 hours - sure. the reason there's urgency at all is that the total window we have is 5 days. less then 4 days now. unless they manage to extend this window? one would hope that they fix the issue sooner rather then later, preferably while there's still some time left to sync up the accounts and games.

now, I'm not going to throw a fit one way or the other, I do have acess to these games on steam still - its not like they are going away from there. but... it would be nice to have them on GoG so in case GoG decides to make accommodations for those affected by this issue once the unlock window has passed? I want it to be on record that I was one of the people affected.
Personally Shadowrun Returns and Project Zomboid aren't being flagged as being in my steam library, even though they are...

I don't wanna play Waiting: The Game. 2/10 it's innovative -IGN

Ok....but that still doesn't explain why most people around here (not personally attacking you or jsidhu, this is a comment on the general state of the forum currently) can't seem to wait even a full 24 hours. That would literally just be one day gone out of 5. If it were some technical issue other than just a massive amount of traffic, knowing GOG, I'm sure that they'd extend the timeframe.

I don't really think that's necessary. The sheer number of people who've mentioned that they've been having this issue should be enough for GOG to realize/assume that EVERYBODY's been effected.
And on top of that, if you really want "proof", a mere post that you were having an issue doesn't prove anything. Saving a screenshot to send to support if it reaches day 4 and still isn't working would be much more effective.

Once again, I'll ask the question that I've asked so many others:
What's the rush? Is this really so urgent that you can't wait a minimum of 24 hours?

I apologize if I came off as excessively harsh with you. I normally try to maintain a calm composure, but, like a large majority of the regulars, I'm finding myself beginning to get a little tired of everybody swarming the forum saying the same exact thing.

I'm experiencing the same issue. And yes, we are in a hurry because as others have said, this is a limited time thing. Otherwise I would have no probs waiting days, weeks or even months.

Only thing we can say though, is give it time. Tons of people are having similar 'issues', but many of them report that after waiting for a while it resolves. GOG has done a number of different things over the years that have had time limits and there's always some kind of issue. They always come good though, so I'm pretty confident that if people are having problems getting Connect to work and the time limit expires, GOG will make it right.
