Hey all, GOG Connect is indeed not working right now.
The message should not have been displayed unless there are games available to claim, otherwise it would be confusing.
Which it was.

Seems to be ok now ,might not have been anything to do with Gog, could have been steam servers .

In fact, it was a very easy thing to test: I've just set my Steam profile to private and went to GOG Connect again. I hit the REFRESH button, and it said nothing about me not having any game on Steam and that maybe my profile was set to private.

So... yeah. Will there be a new batch of games to Connect next week? Will the system work? Place your bets! :P

What I meant was the error message wasn't actually applicable to this context, Firek said as much.

True, but one interpretation of "not working properly" could be "spitting out an inapplicable error message when actually there just aren't any games". :P

There is certain way to test if its working or not. We should have games added to gog connect right now! :D

I can confirm that GOG Connect has been fixed and is working properly for me now, I just received 3 games through Connect. Thanks GOG, you and the respective publishers that allow GOG Connect to work totally rock! A few games at a time I'm liberating my games from Steam to GOG. :)

I got it with amnesia collection on 28th Jan 2018 and yet gog does not see it.

I was able to get that game on Connect without a problem.
I had not gotten it as part of a collection, though, so I don't know if Steam lists them differently. Not sure why they would, but stranger things have happened.

Try making your steam profile private, then back to public and refresh on gog.
