Because I assume people are buying games here with the quite reasonable expectation of continued support and eventual feature parity with more popular DRMed platforms.

To be fair, they have promised to address it. For whatever reason, be it backlash or because they actually care, they're trying to fix it presently.

Tinybuild, not GOG. Tinybuild is addressing it.

tinyBuild is one of the most moronic indie publishers out there, this isn't the first time they've been spouting off stupid shit like this. They're a bad publisher that publishes mediocre games, then blames piracy when they sell poorly. I boycotted them years ago.
GOG really does need to toughen up when it comes to dealing with garbage publishers like tinyBuild and implement some kind of official policy on how to handle games that don't receive the same support as other platforms. Dealing with this issue is much more important to their future than Galaxy 2.0 imo.
Users shouldn't have to research who actually keeps their games up to date on a platform before making a purchase.

They've been hemorrhaging customers for years due to slow patching or complete lack of support from certain publishers. I'm no business man, but I can't believe that the sale of a few tinyBuild games is worth losing any customer over, especially loyal and long time customers like OFG.
