mystral: Well it was a bit hard to set up with a 9 hour time difference, but it's supposed to take place Sunday at 7 pm GMT (noon for him, 9 pm for me).

Rodzaju: That's always been a problem for Hawk.
Last season he was the only non european player.
We hope that, with more americans this time round,he will be able to play a few games at times more suited to him....
Noon should be a good time for me, but weird things seem to happen. If it doesn't happen, it'll totally be on me, but I'll give it my best.
The teams are probably in the arena for several days already, Hawk just can't convince his halflings to leave the pre-match banquet. ;)

Would you leave if you knew the only other option was death?

"Cake OR DEATH!"
"...Cake please."

Now that i am somewhat bored... certainly everyone has already watched this? Closest thing to a BB movie i guess :)

Extra - Japanese, err lets call it "Blood Pole": "Bo-Taoshi" ...i think sticking to regular BB might be safer?

Wonderful!
Are you sure though it's 9 pm for you? Isn't France GMT+1 so it would be 8 pm? Or am I just confused? (Because noon at Hawk's place and 9 pm at your place actually sounds right...)

I would like to recommend this tool to our players to make it easier to set up match date and times:

Normally we're at GMT +1 but thanks to daylight saving time we're at GMT +2 right now.
Middle of game musing:

While the idea of my Halfling team was incredibly funny and made me feel like a very clever man, I question it's validity given that I have four players later in the first quarter.

If you have 0 players available for the next match, does this cause some kind of universe destroying paradox?
I've always wondered & perhaps we might be about to find out....

My treeman are pretty much invincible. So...I'm probably gonna end up every game with my two treeman, and as many mercs as the game will let me have.
Scarlet Shadows 3 - Time Travel Paradox 0

Moral victory as far as I'm concerned. After trying to play "legit" and watching my entire team get decimated by injuries, I gave up with things like "strategy" and "planning" and just threw out whatever harebrained idea I could come up with, up to and including attempting to barter in chat to spare the life of Musashi Misosoup.

The end saw Ghandi-Stands-Silently and Lennon-Hobbit-Hurler finally wake up and realize their little buddies were being massacred, resulting in a death (!) for the Dark Elves and an injury. Lennon even picked up the ball and walked two whole steps!
The game between the Haflings and the Dark Elves is over.
The first match day is complete.

--------------------------------------------------------
The league moves on to Day 2!
--------------------------------------------------------

You've got time until Tuesday evening (9th of July) to get your matches in.
The second half was a lot less bloody for his halflings despite all y attempts to farm more casualty spp from them. So he never actually got below 5 players.
On the other hand, his treemen finally decided to get dangerous in the second half and caused 1 serious injury and 1 death on my team.
Lots of blood was spilled on the pitch, so my dark elves were happy either way.

Oh, and on a side-note, dark elves managed to score 3 touchdowns while not busy trying to kill halflings. End score is 3-0 for me.
Someone could refresh me how to save the replay of the match?
I felt pretty silly for not knowing how to do it.

Go to My docs / Blood Bowl (legendary / chaos) / saves / replay.
There will be a .db file named for the date & time of the start of the match.
This is the replay.

My question when it comes to replays: How do you watch the .db file? Or is this some wizardry that I'm just unfamiliar with?
