Zeta: This is the first extended dealing I've had with any team in the game, so I'm hoping I don't get torn apart in the process.
Even if you get torn apart, don't give up!It happened to me last season and everybody in the league motivated me to continue. I managed to rebuild my team and have lots of fun. :-D
(And I now have a Skaven Linemen in my Underworld team with Block and AG+1 that I'm not quite sure what to give next if he survives long enough for another level up.) XD

kanarek: Oh, you have to face Pogo´s nurgle. She is tough nut to crack. But if you survive her assault you will have easy time surviving the rest of the league.

Do you already have some plans about your team skills? I´ve noticed you have 2 catchers in the team.

Zeta: I've got a basic battle plan for most positions, with a couple of variants going for each one. Moreso for my catchers, the direction that they take will really depend on what the first skill roll winds up being. A stat up can definitely change the route that I take with 'em.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm still relatively new to the game, but I know most of the aspects, still working on more nuance-y type stuff and learning how to properly build players. This is the first extended dealing I've had with any team in the game, so I'm hoping I don't get torn apart in the process.
My humble experience in 1vs1 games (mostly lots of Go tournaments many years ago and no BB) has convinced me that the relation between plans and reality is something like this.

Plans are good. Planning is fun...but when the clock starts ticking and you actually have to do decisions in very little time... :)

Giving...up...? The hell does that mean? :)

Honestly, I'm looking forward to this league and I'm looking forward to using this outlet to play a great game and as a learning experience as well.

Yes, in-game might be like that, but working on your players doesn't require as much quick thinking. In-game, you have to quick and analytical. I'm still working on that, but sometimes get hit with analysis paralysis.

iippo: Two heads?
With AG 4 that doesn't seem necessary.
I'm considering Pro as he's kind of a jack of all trades and could use his own re-roll.

...two heads would allow to get through even smaller holes... you dont have normal access to dodge after all.

I've got Gobbos with two heads for teh small holes.
And yes, this linerat doesn't have access to anything an AG 4 player should have access to.

ah, i forgot about underworld gobbos. Well. Good old tackle/strip ball/fend?
Yeah, if I don't choose Pro I think it will be something along that line.
A pity that he cannot take leap. I think I would have enjoyed that.

but, but they'll all run away and try to not get hurt, and they might even... pass. This is disgusting.
Fell free not to touch the "tainted" ball any time you like :D.

The problem with being a lurker is I never know what to say when I'm actually involved in something.

Having said that, my first match will be brutal and I'm playing to survive. After that though, should be a good season!

More time for me to manhandle your players.

Dammit that came out wrong.
