honestly, nerves of steel is a gimmick that usually doesn't work. with av 7, they always have 2 guys marking em and then, bam, they go down next turn.

I solved that problem by not caring so much about elf hijinks. My frontline never dodge. Bash our way through a hole in the opponent's defence.

Don't forget guard on nearly half the team and a leaping blitzer.

Game of Tombs vs Skull waxers ended in 1-0

Just finished my game with Jolly. At our third attempt for playing this game we finally reached the end of a match. The game started out similar to the other 2 games, with me scoring in the first 2-3 turns. After some lucky breaks (which i got a lot of during the game, although the one reroll that Jolly had probably had a lot to do with it as well) i managed to get a second td but did not manage to stop Jolly countering quickly so ending the first half in 2-1.

The second half started out very badly for me, in the first turn he killed one of my linemen while also injuring Bupu (my ogre). Things looked grim until the problems started with picking up the slippery ball and i managed to ko almost half of his team in a couple of turns. In the end i recovered the ball and was able to make 3-1.

In the last turn Jolly tried ot make a 1-turn td, and all the pushes went fantastic. He pushed the guy forward 3 tiles. Picking up the ball no problem and then the throw was inaccurate and caught by a random linemen on his team and ruining all plans. To see if he could make the last bit of the 1-turn td he ran his gutter runner up to the td zone without any problems. We were so close to seeing a 1-turn td, its a shame it failed.

Game ended 3-1 in my favor and replay is uploaded.

I can only describe the match as rage inducing bullsiht.
After this I'll try to finish this season, but after that I'm uninstalling the thing and that's it.

Mafiak just told me that he cannot use internet atm. If everything goes planned, he'll have access on 16th.
