The Cutters managed to score a 2-0 victory over the Red Spiky Brutes by way of Nuffle.

Not only did his Mighty Blow not really cut in until the game was almost over (roughly turn 12 or so), basically all of his turns ended in turnovers.

On the other hand Nuffle decided to compensate for some really idiotic choices on my part (accidentally selecting the non-Dauntless player for a block against the Chaos Warrior, doing badly planned blocks with non-block frenziers etc.) with bloody amazing dice rolls.

Basically I got the game handed on a silver platter when some of his actions failed improbably and didn't really do more than manage to not screw things up badly enough to squander that chance (although my Master Chef helped speed things along that path a bit).

Apart from that: Master Chef amazing, Wizard useless, crowd pushes fun, bribes pointless. Fun game. Feel a bit sorry for DodoGeo though.

quarter finals ELves VS necromancers are going on right now!

This is the most intense match i'm currently playing, failing 2+ throw rolls is the most horrible feeling ever.

a very intense match, Cnquist played very very well.

My blitzer trained so hard in dodging and leaping, he forgot how to throw. A failed 3+ and a failed 2+ led to a TD by cnquist.

A 1 dice block, 2 dodge and OP thrower secured a TD on turn 8 for me.

Second half, with my 5 agility leaper in KO, The get hurt kickers actually used Elf tactics *gasp* for a TD in turn 14.

On the end of turn 15, Cnquist's werewolf failed a catch, leading to an easy blitz > ball pick up > throw to a location that makes it impossible for Cnquist to score a Touchdown.



Finals. My first finals... *breaths* Here we go.

Excellent Recap - I feared his bashiness (especially after what happened to the Lizards) but he beat me with his elfiness.

As for CAS, the elves fouled my Golem that just got to level three injuring an elf earlier into -ST, failed regen. He is now a super expensive glorifed zombie, looks like we are going to put Gandalf out to pasture. Its a shame because its so hard to level golems.

The elves appo saved one of his blitzers from a permanaent injury (sorry next opponent I tried). The Werewolves killed two level two lineelfs (one was technically the crowd ripping him apart). And I BH another elf on turn 16. I also made a couple attempts on the dirty players life but he got out with no more than a KO.

I consider myself lucky to have made it this far, it was a fun season I was honored to play, and I made everyone else's path to the championship a little bit easier by taking out the elf-orcs, ( I wonder how this match would have gone with Jolly, elf-orcs vs orc-elfs) now I'm kinda disappointed we didn't get to see that.

Edit: It was also the first time I've run into the 12 man bug, after halftime one zombie was done sitting on the side lines and decided to get on the field. I confined him to the corner and only moved him when Cheong asked or when I was afraid he might influnce a frenzy block (which was not really a problem since the elf I was hitting had side step.) Glad I noticed it before I used him.

if you can move more than 11 just move them into the TD zone and they will be removed after

My problem is the game refuses to let me see or move a player at kickoff 18% of the time,so i have to hope that Nuffle has him warp in a a somewhat useful spot

But that's not the 12 player bug, right?

The bug where a player disappears and then gets randomly placed (or sometimes even not) often happens when you have clicked on an opponent's player during his set-up.
Since I started to make sure that I have no player selected before it comes to my set-up I don't suffer from that bug anymore.

btw, I've finished preparing my Iron Maidens (amazon) for next season, we're just waiting on the stagecrew now :)

I've had success getting the missing player back by selecting one of the predefined setups in the dropdown.

One bug that I've had on other teams was I was unable to take a certain player off the field during setup, I could swap him with players on the field but not with a reserve.

Oh and the Amn Shadows are built and ready to drink... I mean play.

I've had had that bug as well. Most times I could fix by moving the player in question to the mid-field (he was often at the side lines) and then swap another player for the reserve player I want, swap the stubborn player for that player and so on until I had the players I wanted.
It still surprises me just how many simple to find bugs are still in the game and not patched out. At times you have to wonder if they even beta tested the game

Funnily Enough FUMBBL just got huge update.

I Think cyanide stopped updates after BB2 Was confirmed. BB1 sales havent been super i suppose, as if bugs didnt have anything to do With that..
Bigger summary later on. Managed to stall my way to a 2-1 win against Natural Desaster with Psyringe ending with three players on the pitch. Very lucky in the injury rolls which told in the end as he has no good options left when it counted.
