I don't see us making the switch to BB2 any time soon if at all.

Well, i suppose it will be easier once the game actually comes out and we have real info on the comp requirements besides just the cost. On ofcourse what good (and bad?) its actually bringing on to the table.

On the bright side of things, it would seem they are atleast working on making league management better.

Anyhow, no reason to be afraid of switching mid-season just for the sake of release :)

That surprised me as well.
Releasing the Orc team which can have a troll and a goblin and then not release the Goblin team (which from my point of view is one the iconic BB teams) doesn't seem right.

Could be those are ofcourse not final, but well no idea when the game will be released either.

I suppose we'll know then :)

Also good thing they are improving the specator mode and possible esport related stuff.

GB - As I said before, Blood Bowl II is bringing one new race to the game, the Bretonnians. We have great expectations for this game and we really would like to bring new races to the game. Of course, we also have to bring all the original ones back (and that's a lot). There are also some semi official teams that are very popular that we looking at at the moment.


But really, personally the only things i am worried about are price and how soon they release new teams. We do know they will release atleast rest of the official ones sooner or later - so its not really all that bad in my opinion when you do think about it.

Thats exactly my point .. new races ... especially those .. where the Player-models are actually IN the game ist just f***ing customers ... There is NO Cost at all for the Development, ok its about 5 Minutes to Copy the Orc Team. delete the name and the Orc Players and Type Gobiln ... They want money for that ?? Srew ´em.

But i experience this kind of Things more and more .. they develop games until half ready .. release them and let you pay for the Rest of the game as a "Download-Content" ... im really really sad that so many People are Buying this Shit .. so they keep doing that .. in my perfect little Mind-World where nobody buys a single Download Content .. No Company would do such a thing twice .. cause they loose money ...

There are actually alot of good DLC around. Like Outlast's DLC was just brilliant.

I dont think DLC should be outright curseword - but its certainly true that there are alot bad dlc around.

Anyways, unless a game is truly moddable, the development of any given game will stop if its not making any profit. I think quality dlc is good way to prolong the life of a game, but expensive subquality dlc, well i dont think i need to say anything about those...

Anyhow, i dont mind paying for dlc if i know it keeps the development of game going on and gives me something proper for the money.

There is ofcourse always (?) FUMBBL, but i doubt anyone would be happy if BB2 wasnt ever done or it outright flopped.

Well, Even if We had to buy individual Teams for same price as gw sells bb minis, it Would ne cheaper that that :D
