I agree with the others, save your money. Ghouls can do amazing things due to Dodge and good range, but they are also very fragile. Against a team with Tackle, a fresh ghoul loses its main advantage _and_ its main defense (Dodge), so you'd be fielding a rookie AV7 player with neither apo nor regeneration against a bashy team.

Not sure if the werewolf or the wight is the better option once you have the money, but replacing the wight does seem like a good idea. I'm usually not fond of immediately replacing injured players, but -1ST really hurts on a Wight.

It was going awfully bad for me when he lost connection. I don't know yet what happened as he is still offline but we will say what we will arrange.

The rematch between vitek and me ended in a 2-2 draw. Vitek was really unlucky with the GFI's. I had lots of luck wounding those little skinks and earning some SPP that way. In the second half I got careless and Vitek managed to score while he had almost no players left. I should be ashamed for my bad defence :)

In our re-match (thanks PiranJade for fast reset) we tied 2-2.

I had 6 injured players again and it is only thanks to my star skink player that I managed to tie the game at the turn 15 with 5 players left on field.
The first time, before disconnect, I had 4 or 5 injuries as well on T11 or so but at least this tiem I at least avoided niggling injury on my best skink.
I think I am not even exaggerating when I say I l already had more injuries in 3 and 1/2 half matches of this season than in the last complete season I played.
At least I will be favourite opponent for the amount of SPP my opponents get. :-)

and I jinxed it with hoping this would the game with least injuries of the season, ending up with 6 injuries and a death (screwed up the apo again). I made a couple of mistakes which were punished and the game ended 1-3 in favor of Kanarek. Don't know how the team will grab itself together for next week seeing we'll be missing a whole lot of players ;)

...just remember to put the loners on line of scrimmage while kicking - they are not totally useless :)
