I think you're being too kind. I was destroyed. I was fielding a weakened team from the start (my other Bull Centaur was out), but I made some baaaaaaaaaad moves. The Minotaur being badly hurt in the first turn of the game being the prime example. Totally forgot about frenzy. And loner. And Wild Animal.

Wooooo, after a long time I have a first proper win!

WBGhiro's Big & heavy fists met a bigger and heavier fist in a match that ended in 1-0 in my favor.
Lots of blood all around and one Beastman killed by a Snotling, he will be missed (but not too much, he WAS KILLED BY A SNOTLING!).

During the match I had a heavy urge to sack my entire team and start from anew. The I suddenly realized what bloodbowl is about again, when out of boredom I blitzed a beastman on a -3 diceroll, and killed him.

It was a good match.

Well after back stabbing and tripping myself game after game this was an interesting experience as I was worried facing ogres, but then the mach started and those ogres really took a beating.

Glad I invested in a Dirty fighter skill for one Chaos dude, he's stompy now!

edit: and finally my minotaur got a level, but nothing smart making the roll.

Just played my match against E_A. The first half of the match was horrible for me, the second half for him and it ended in draw. Only a few casulties on both sides, one long term injury. One of the more peacefull BloodBowl matches i´ve played.

I'm conceding this week's game to Piranjade. The time difference and what's going on in our lives has proved to be insurmountable, with the one time we had scheduled I accidentally overslept (it was about 10 am my time). I've always had a time difference but this -9 hour difference has been too much to overcome.

With my business classes not going well, and it being my birthday today, I really don't need any extra stress from a game.

When next season kicks off, there are likely to be a bunch of new teams & maybe some survivors of the first season.

The GOG Open Access League is “pick up & play”
Just grab someone & challenge them to a game.
I have several teams there myself that have never played a game yet….
Perhaps tell your opponent that you’re a noobie.
They probably won’t go any easier on you, but might explain the mistakes you make so you can avoid repeating them!!!
