So I get a combo bonus for winning 2 the last two game sin a row, another for never drawing a game, and some more for playing ogres.

So I should be in the playoffs, that's how it works, right? ;D

To the great astonishment of the Misfits the Twisted Elves fled the pitch before the end of the first half when the Misfits
were leading 2-0.
Which prompted the Troll, Yugget the Everhungry, to say "Orrr. Rams. Darow."
To which the Goblin Nobbie Nosebreaker answered "You stink."

Until that moment the match was pretty regular. Some Goblins went KO, some crazy moves were seen on part of the Misfits, Elves were passing the ball a lot, the Treeman was hitting people.

The Misfist are now having an End-of-the-Season-Party which involves a lot of Warpstone.
And I would finally have enough gold to fire the Apo and buy a new one. YAY! And so the second season ends for this team. :-)

As Rod has left the league (for now), i had good long talk with Piran and Zeta about how we want to continue doing the league management stuff in the future.

We have thus decided to make Rcthedigitalhero and Psyringe moderators.

So starting today, the league will have three active admins: me, Piran and Zeta + two moderators: Rcthedigitalhero & Psyringe.

The difference between admin and mod wont be usually big one. Mods and admins both will run the everyday resetting and validating match results as before. Mods have the power to carry out post 1. rules independently. However, if something "out of ordinary" or otherwise unclear situation come around, the decision and possible rules modification will be decided among admins.

If some player thinks for some reason that the mod's decision should be handled by admin instead, this is allowed.

I will later update the first post with mod info.

One of the reasons having "only" three admins is that getting "The Holy Trinity" on chat at the same time is far easier than five admins. As stuff goes on, we may add/change admins and mods as situations and interests rise.

Second announcement

We have closed the poll results. the stupid poll is unwilling to open the results for everyone so i must just post the results here. if someone wants, i can send later screenshot of the view in the poll page.

Despite "Aye!" getting 2 more votes than "Nay!", we have decided between admins to NOT forcibly reset the teams for season 3.

The reasons:

10 of 24 is not clear majority and we felt that 42% was not enough to force everyone to create new teams. It is totally possible, that we will do so at some other season - but that will be debated at later time.

So you can either keep on playing with S1 or S2 teams, or create totally fresh new team as you see fit.

i would suppose that just like S2, we will be certain old teams doing "pretty well" on S3 - but some fresh teams sky rocketing as well.
