So we have have had us a match of blood bowl!

Despite the high elven bling-bling armor proving as hard as titan even against my dirty end game foul, the norse managed to ko enough for 2-1 victory.

There was only one CAS (missnext game, lvl2 catcher i think) - but other than that the game was quite exciting. NoHit did not so suprisingly some good elfballing to score 1-1 in the second half. Damned if i dont have the habit to think everyone has ag1 or something dodge- and throwingwise.

Ill upload the replay to the google drive link on the first post soon.

I have also ended the match day as this was the last match, so feel free to start playing the next round ;)

..well, the engelish ones do get a tiny bit tedious after a while...

id pay for Jim & Bob DLC for my sanitys sake :D

It really pleases me how fast this is going. We just had our last game of the week today, and I can already go see who I've got for this coming week.

Not that scouting NoHit's going to help me at all, but it's moral support.

I'm also very happy about how the league is going - games being played, sometimes even small match summaries posted. I'm enjoying it all immensely. :-)

I actually found it quite funny that in a league of mostly basher teams the High Elves were showing us that Blood Bowl can also be about the ball (although I think the Lizardmen have more TDs).
But then again I'm looking forward to NoHit playing against his wife Pogopuschel who has the "anti-elf" team with her Nurgles.

Funny detail: I'm playing against Pogo's husband (NoHit) while she is playing against mine (E_A) on Day 9. So Day 9 will be the clash of the spouses. :D

Ninjada managed to beat me 2-1 due to my own stupidity. At least i´ve managed to deal some serious injuries to his team, especially to his thrower who suffered a broken neck (-1 AG).

Nuffle wasn't with the Misfits tonight. Apparently he dislikes it when the Apothecary is used on the Warpstone Troll.

On Match Day 1, Yugget the Everhungry got Badly Hurt and was treated by the Apothecary. After that a Skaven Blitzer and a Skaven thrower died.
Today, on Match Day 4, Yugget the Everhungry got Badly Hurt and was treated by the Apothecary. After that a Goblin and a Skaven Linemen died.
3 dead Skaven and 1 dead Goblin within 4 matches.

Another Goblin will miss the next game.

Anyway, the game ended with a draw 1-1.

I was feeling a bit frustrated but Rod cheered me up, and advised me that maybe relying on the Troll's Regenaration skill will appease Nuffle. And he pointed out that it could always be worse. I didn't loose a Blitzer and a Thrower today but only a Linemen and a Goblin. Yay!

Still, it was a good game. :-) And I thank my opponent for putting up with my frustration which I uttered in the chat.

The match was so exciting to watch, that i poured half of my coffee on my keyboard. And proper coffee too, not some instant coffee-thing this time around. The cheap dell keyboard didnt seem to notice this however and atleast so far works just fine.

About apos, id never ever use apo unless there's penalty to stats. And even then i wouldnt use on cheap players, but save it for expensive positionals or skilled players.

Oh and i just noticed that Underworld cheerleader - it is probably the single least cheering thing i can possibly imagine...
