So... It's not totally crazy. Just a little.
Hmm. He's ignoring tackle zones and dodging on a 2+, right? So his chance to succeed in one dodge is 5/6. The chance to succeed seven successive dodges in a row (one time around a player starting at any adjacent field) would then be (5/6)^7 = 27,91% without reroll, if I'm not mistaken. Nearly 50% without a reroll seems a bit high to me. Or do I have an error in my thinking here?

The Goblin has Dodge AND I could use a re-roll. And yes, he always dodges on a 2+.

Unless I am seriously wrong (this affected my game-play a lot) you cannot use dodge and RR at the same time for one player.
If you used your dodge RR with player in the one turn, game will not give you the possibility to use RR.
And dodge RR is always applied first.

I thought the rule was you could only reroll a roll once, if you use the dodge for the reroll you cant use a team reroll, but if you do a second move with the player that requires a reroll (after using the dodge reroll) i think you can use the team reroll for that. But i could be wrong with that, i dont dodge enough to have much experience in that area :).

if you have too much spare time, check that can you use team reroll/pro to reroll dodge roll with player that has dodge next to tackle player and -not- use dodge skill (=settings: dodge either dont use or ask and then choose no).

I think if you have player that has dodge and you dodge from tackle player it doesnt let you reroll with team reroll? ...could be wrong though.

The problem with that program is that it doesn't consider all the dodges happening in a single turn, so it applies the possibility of a dodge + reroll to every dodge, instead of just 1.

I'd say if you only have 1 chance to use dodge and 1 reroll, the chance to make it is likely about 35%.

Ahh ok, you're completely right, I forgot about dodge. Nice website by the way. Although I must admit I do not completely understand how the chance of 7 dodges in a row including the dodge skill re-roll is calculated. Do that. Like I said, I fail at maths and if the website has a flaw I'd prefer to know it.

You cannot re-roll the same roll twice. So if a Gobbo fails a dodge, uses his dodge roll, fails again, I cannot use a team re-roll to re-roll the dodge roll yet again.
But if I send a Gobbo to complete 2 dodges in a row and he uses his dodge re-roll on the first dodge, succeeds with this re-roll but then fails the next dodge roll (for the second dodge) I can decide to re-roll that one with a team re-roll.

I think you can use a team re-roll then if I remember correctly from my match against the Hammerfists.

I think the game crashed because it could not handle the jump up and blitz together, which i needed to do because i needed to move my guy further up the field instead of standing next to the sideline. Or perhaps a coincidence and the game had troubles at that point and gave both me and werecrow different results on the rolls. I had defender down and push i believe and he saw double skulls. Which probably made the game not compatible anymore. If someone knows for sure let me know.

I would guess simple slow internet + desync is the most likely cause. Anyways, in my season with norse i did not encounter any problems with jump up or blitzing, nor have i heard of such problem.

Could be wrong ofcourse, but internet connections can desync, so that would be my primary suspect.

Nothing we can do in either case though..
If the dice were showing differently on both ends, I would guess a really bad desync was the culprit on this one.

In either case, at least the game was resolved. :)
