MY match against Arnob Berserkers ended 2-1 in favor of the Skavens.
I'm in a bit of luck, with a lot of wins. A pity it cames after the first loses, that is going to left me out of the playoffs.

The rats had some luck and an incredible play form their gutterrunners, which brought the victory home.
Besides that, I really need to learn to attack with skavens, is rather silly that is easier for me to score in my opponent turn than in mine. Happened to me in most of my victories.
Any advices?

To bad i lost, but i had a fun match. Need to learn to position my players better and not leave that many openings when carrying the ball.
Took some risks when trying to score in the second half to try to get some more turns for another goal, but going for it with the ball and no rerolls is never a smart move i guess :).

Ah well depending on how Morb will play his match i lost my chance on the playoffs, which is a bit of a shame, but all my fault for losing so often :).

Let me just say this to everybody.

If I can survive an entire season as Halflings, not winning a single game, not even having a chance to win games, ya'll can suck it up and have fun with your competent teams.

I thought about quitting between S1 and S2. Life was beating me down, I wasn't having fun, and in general it just wasn't going good. Season 2, despite playing as HALFLINGS, has been way better for me.

If you aren't having fun or you're getting stressed/aggravated, try to figure out why. Maybe you need a new team next season? A new style of play? Maybe you just need to stop caring so much and grow to learn suicide red dice blocks?

OT:

Would any of our german player want to visit Siemens sparepart store and bring me sealant for my old refrigerator-freezer combo? If i am supposed to buy that piece of plastic for almost 60€ id rather atleast want to avoid paying for the mailing :)

Totally silly, they dont have any shop or pick up place in Finland for spare parts and the customer has to pay for mail costs + the part itself ofcourse. Luckily its so easy to replace that i dont have to pay for work besides.

heh, no need to be thanking me - just doing my best to treat people as people and still keeping league rules that make sense.

Anyways, Rod, Piran and Zeta have been doing just as much as i have and at times even far more - Stupid RL stealing my quality time :(
open mind, not too many expectations, but willingness to try pull the maximum effort no matter how flimsy and/or unreliable players >> ive been totally surprised of my vamp record this season.

Anyways i like to "play hard" (that is to try my best) - thats what i am most interested in BB. Just to play matches, that make me feel like either played my best or tried my best. The match result is secundary to me, although winning is naturally fun and playoffs would be cool :)

Super bad dice straights happen - but its part of the game and has same chance to happen to everyone, so i -try- my best not to fret those "1 + reroll 1" combos and what not.

Maybe its just me, but somehow i feel that the best BB team would be one thats sort of "story" instead of just serious attempt at min-max of match results and player lvlups.

Must admit that in my childhood i was serious munchkin.

I'd just like to say that I love the game, although many wouldn't come to the same conclusion reading my match summaries.

If everything goes to plan, well great, but mostly it doesn't and watching the dice screw you in all the ways possible can really be frustrating.

BUT even after the worst match I want to go back and try again to do better. So despite getting mad at the game I'm having a heap of fun with this league. I'd even play more if my computer wasn't broken (I have to borrow my folks computer for my matches).
So when BB2 comes out it's one of the rare day one purchases for me.
Hell I even bought the Blood Bowl Team Manager card game to play with friends after I started playing here.

To who I should play this BB week. I am sorry I am not able to check the game until the Saturday. But I know that I am able to play on Saturday, Sunday and Monday nearly at any time.
