After that maiming you received, if someone had offered to auto heal all your injuries, what then?
It would certainly have an effect on your next game & probably a knock on for several games to come.

I see that as an unfair advantage aka cheating.

There is undoubtedly an advantage.

It's not unfair since it follows from the regular rules that apply to all.

And it is most certainly not cheating unless you have indications that he knew about this rather strange error and somehow managed to goad you into triggering it.

I have talked with Piran about Rod's and cheong's matches freeze situation and we have come to following conclusion:

Draw, with the usual possibility of rematch if both players agree to play one. Sleep over it, dont have to decide it right now.

Reasoning is as follows:

1. Basically we are treating this as double disconnect. This happened between Piran and m0rtr3k as well, twice >> both players seemed to disconnect and there was no result for the match.

2. We cannot point out that the freeze was caused by one player or the other as neither computer dropped out from the game. Rules section will be updated regarding this issue for future reference.

3. Administered TD's are always to be set by the rules - TD's are not to be used to "simulate lost SPP". This was decided already Round1 Season1 -> the discussion we had after match between me and E_A was interrupted and it was decided we will always either play rematch to stick to autowin or double disconnect draw.

No need to sleep on it.
A rematch has already been arranged.

However, a player that is prepared to offer a bribe (4-0 autowin) in order to avoid having his players injured is not someone I want to play.

So I've forfeited the match.

All kinds of dirty tricks are a part of the game, allowed and even expected.
But dirty tricks outside of the game are something I cannot live with.
This last page of the thread and the PMs I have received make it clear that I'm in a minority of 1 on this though.
So in the interests of harmony I have quit the league.

For the most part, it has been great, but it only takes a rotten apple or two to take all the fun out of it.

E_A already said everything I could reply to that.

I think he already had his players back, the moment the game froze. A regular match result became unattainable at that point.

At that point, cheongzewei wanted to void his injuries, and was prepared to accept a loss of the game as well as a loss of skill points for it.

You wanted the victory _and_ cheongzewei's injuries to be kept. Too much for a match that unfortunately ended due to a bug for which neither player can be held responsible.

Anyway. The matter has been decided already. Let's all sleep a night over it, and tomorrow continue what we're here for, i.e. bloody battles to the death ... on the pitch. ;)

I would remind Psyringe and everyone else taking part in to discussion - that lets not get blaming or accusing others of stuff.

I totally understand BB is emotional game - but lets keep those at some civil level?

The judging stuff is 100% admins privilege and i really-really dont want to see any sort of mob lynching mentality.

Unclear situations will happen, we will speak them between admins and change/add rules accordingly.

People tend to do and say stuff they dont really think too closely - especially when intense match like this is going on. Please dont bite too easily nor hastily.

Reading stuff like this and seeing that you actually did quit the team from league are really throwing of my harmony levels.

And I can understand Cheong offering solutions and adding to them because they weren't acceptable to you. He had no more reason to leave the game than you had.
And although I don't want you to leave the league: I don't believe Cheong is a cheater.

I understand, that this is totally a matter of what the admins discuss and decide. But I have to admit, I just don't understand why one admin clearly can't live with the rules he settled with his fellow admins before the league started.

Hold up. HOLD THE GOD damn up. I did that for two reasons. It's not god damn bribe. I knew that you sacrificed something to play with me. (time with kids, yada) I also knew that the only times we could play would be really late for me.
So, I did that because!
1) you were complaining about SPP and injury. I said. "bah, i'll just compensate his spp."
2) I can't play "internet connectivity vs!" Even if I can, I refuse to, it's god damn childish.

I am and was
1) PERFECTLY fine with a rematch, even if I had to take 30 minutes lack of sleep to do it
and...
2) You chickened out! I pinged you on steam, on the blood bowl chat on a resolution. It was I who reached for a conclusion on this.

1) I just started playing this game this few months. I never, ever took shadowing, Only reason I took it was in hopes that I could tie your skink with it. What ability would potentially force him to keep on rolling dodges? Only shadowing.

2) Dear lord, it's just 2 lv 1 linesman (missing next game), 1 lv 1 linesman (nigging injury) and 1 blitzer (unknown injury, bug causer)
I can replace them, but I need money to do so. I will be fine with the injury if I could buy players with money that i'll get from the match.

3) Sorry if this comes out as angry. But I'm not going to get these allegations go by.
