Just played my match against Morb, it was a devastating match for my team. One dead and one -AV. Think the worst result for me so far, injury wise. Although all the injuries and k.o.'s in the game it still ended in a draw 1-1.
Those below is in the rankings will be glad to hear that.

First half went quite well, i scored and only two players were out. Second half went a lot worse, no access to Morb's ball carrier and beaten down a lot. Reasonably early in the second half my dead happened, my runner, but with no skills yet i decided not to use my apo on him. Which was a waste off course because no one got seriously injured afterwards.

In the last 3 turns i decided to keep my players lying down till the td was made, no use in risking more injuries when you cant get near the ball. Apparently Morb was a bit worried i would be able to score in the last turns.

Not the best match for me, but glad it wasnt a loss :).

Got one question, if we have a team in let's say the GOG Open League, can we use/move that team to the next season of the GOG Weekly?

I ask this because I like my current team and have invested a lot of time in them, but I'd like to try something else like Orcs or Undead, only that I don't like the idea of going from scratch.

If you don't want to start a brand new team, you have 2 options:
1) Keep your current team
2) Revive a team that has previously played in the GOG Weekly (and ONLY the GOG Weekly)...

So the teams are permanently tied to the league they are registered to?

Generally yes.

The open league is for practice & to try something different.
It is not intended as a farm for league teams...

well i think its possible to take your gog team to some other open league -> but GoG Weekly is GoG Weekly only, so you can deep freeze your team for as long as you like and bring back, except if you take the team to some other league in the meanwhile.

Well, I'd say we could have players move teams from GoG Weekly to the GoG Open League but never back. How about that?

The real point is that the Weekly is somewhat exclusive.
In the open, well pretty much anything goes...

Fairly straight forward match between Red Lantern and Twisted Elves.

I still haven't decided what team I'm doing for third season. I think I accidentally broke the Blackrock Berserkers from Season 1 by removing them from the league. So I'll probably have to make a brand new team.

I'd thought about Orcs, Goblins, and even Khemri but I'm not sure.

Anything's better then Halfling at this point.

If you haven't played any non-league games with them, we can (I Think) get the Blackrocks back in...

Well it was a tough one. The result was 2 - 0 me.

I would say the pivotal play of the game would be blitzing his Minotaur into the crowd for a major injury. It happened early. Besides that and me attempting to kill one of his players (damn you apothecaries!) it wasn't a very high injury game.

Both scores came in the second half, once my skinks realized that picking up the ball was a GOOD thing.

i wouldnt call it a tough one when 20 of 20 1dice blocks did their job while the other one does 2 blocks with 2 rerolls and the reds just show up again

i wonder why liz teams even buy rerolls so far as ive seen it they dont need it ( and when they do it works even on loner :P )
