Got a chance to watch this game, definitely noticed a couple of things.

1. Kanarek, your team is scary as hell. I mean, lordy, I'm not looking forward to taking on that team in 3 weeks.

2. Mortr3k, your game is definitely improving from when I played you in week 1. Though the results might not show it, you've definitely stepped up your game, so keep it up! I know you had a lot of internet troubles plaguing you earlier this season, hopefully they're all worked out!

In 3 games can happen a lot, my guys are not durable, not squishy either, but still injuries and casualties are common. Your team does not look bad either, I can imagine this season finals, human vs human, lets beat all others!

Speaking of scary teams..don´t look at Rod´s dinosaurus or Pogo´s nurgles. Those teams can tear limbs out of the body with ease:(.

Now, there's been something I've been meaning to find, but cannot seem to do so.

If you watch the TGS Blood Bowl league, they have their UI in game set up very differently than the default...how in the world do you change it?

As far as I know, the only way to change it is by modding.
I have started using a mod that moves the "end Turn" button from the top of the screen (right in the way) to under the team flag on the left.
Other than that, I've not come across any other UI changes that I would want to use...

Just played Aningan. Very nice match with good plays on his part.

After a 6th turn Blitz denying me the ball, a first action turnover on my recovery attempt and a dead Blitzer on his next turn I decided that was enough and conceded.

Hello folks. Need help with deciding stuff.

I have a Blitzer and a Troll Slayer who just leveled up. On the Blitzer I rolled normal and I'm thinking Guard to be the best choice. On the Troll Slayer it's harder to decide. I rolled double and on top of that I can chose +AV or +MA. Lots of options and all seem good.

On top of that I now have 170000 to spend. What would be your suggestions?

Suicidal to give my next opponent advice, but here goes.

Honestly, Guard is a scary, scary skill. As for that Troll Slayer, +MA is scary--puts him on terms with a Dwarf Blitzer and is arguably better for it. Plus, MA bonuses are GOLD for Dwarves.

A re-roll would not hurt ya. Save the rest for the PRF (player replacement fund).

I would say, with 3 rr already, any more would just be tv bloat on a dwarf team, unless you plan on GFIs every turn for every player :)

Guard is good, but I would also consider Tackle.
I know not everyone agrees with me, but it's the sort of skill that I would seriously consider having on every player in the team. You'll kick yourself when you end up marking a gutter runner or wardancer with the only player that doesn't have it...

I would agree with the MA though.

Another note to consider: Wood Elves are not fun without Tackle handy. If you haven't played either squad yet, Tackle might be a good consideration, hadn't even thought of that until Rod mentioned it.

Everything went very well for me, I scored TD to 2-1 on turn 11 and it looked like I'll be in control of the rest of match. Then I got hit by pitch invasion. I lost 6 Players, 5 of them were saurus. iipp0 pushed and injured my skink and knocked down remaining saurus. I was left to defend that turn with 3(!) skinks. I still manged to scramble this after they got up. Then I lost skink. I saved him with doctor, but only after it happened I learnt that I have to pick the Badly Hurt result instead of dead one, so I "happily" left him die. Then iipp0 lost ball on turn 15. I tried to protect it, but thanks to several bounces, pick-up in my tackle zone and several dodges, he managed to grab it and tie the game with the very last move of the game. He had I think 3 players standing at that time. After the match I got pitiful winnings and loner merc got MVP award. All in all, great match. :-)

I believe it's what most of them were using in the league. Makes things a little prettier and easy to understand. Also has a arena modication so you won't see the same two ones over and over.
