I like you tinyE, but you should inform yourself about German laws. It's perfectly legal to sell these games here in Germany. And there is a lot of stuff publishers and shops like GOG could do if they want to avoid regional locking (e.g. optional age verification for German users). But they are lazy and not really interested and simply blame German laws which is neither fair nor completely true.
