matterbandit: (...) And the fact that Everdream Valley is currently on sale just pushed me over the edge! :D
So, in the spirit of giving all previous participants a second chance, I've decided to launch Round 2! (...)
Good luck on your second chance to win! :D
Wow, this is beyond generous! You are awesome!
Happy guessing and good luck to all participants!
(I hope they'll all notice and return in time for their 2nd chance.)

p.s. What? No chili peppers? ;-)
edit: bjgamer is right. Corno di Toro is close enough. You may proceed. :-p

g2222: p.s. What? No chili peppers? ;-)
The Corno di Toro pepper is sometimes called Bull's Horn Chile Pepper or Cowhorn Pepper. The name of this Italian Cubanelle type heirloom translates as “horn of the bull”. Long 8-inch tapered, bull-horn shaped, peppers are sweet and mature from glossy green to either red, yellow or orange.

Not perhaps the deep red fiery Mexican chili pepper, but it will do. ;)

Good luck to all participants on Round 2!

gogtrial34987: Excluding some obvious "not it" picks like strawberries (which obviously would've been eaten well before any photo could've been taken)...
I cannot comment on your strawberry logic, for obvious reasons, but all I can state is that its brilliance made me like how your brain works even more. :)

DiffuseReflection: Thank you for the opportunity and the surprisingly difficult guessing game!
Very, very difficult. LOL! I say this with love. :P

ywzywz: Knock knock ?

Wow, thanks for the second chance! I got busy over the weekend so hadn't checked the forum til this morning. Congrats to the Round 1 winner!

Ok, so my guesses are mainly things I wish I had in my fridge plus what I know to be fairly easy to grow. Not sure this is a good strategy, but it's the only one I got lol. So here are my picks:

- Italian basil
- Radicchio lettuce
- Italian light green zucchini
- Green string beans
- Small onions
- Red cherry tomatoes
- Radishes
- New Zealand spinach
- Zuchini flowers
- Cucumber
Do you have to have been in round 1 to be in round 2?
Yes, I would like to be a part of round 2.

These are my picks for the photogenic produce currently residing in your fridge

- Italian basil
- Radicchio lettuce
- Green collards
- Green string beans
- Sweet peas
- Red cherry tomatoes
- Strawberries
- New Zealand spinach
- Watercress
- Cucumber

Also, I would like to thank bjgamer and gogtrial34987 for letting me know about the round 2 and kudos to matterbandit for extending the GA.

Alrighty! I updated my OP to include the current Round 2 participation situation. I'm also going to send a second and final PM to the others, and eventually, well, as they say, the photogenic produce show must go on! :P
It is on Thursday the 7th of September (some time after 9:30 pm UTC time) that I shall close Round 2's little guessing game, compile everyone's selections and announce the winner. :)

It did not occur to me to ping! Thx for helping me out. ;)

Happy to see you made it! I am fascinated by the strategies some participants are bringing to the table, err, I mean, to the fridge. :P

myconv: Do you have to have been in round 1 to be in round 2?
Short answer is yes. Sorry. :( August 31st was the cut-off date for this giveaway and, in all fairness, my main reason for launching Round 2 was to give a second chance to all participants who were unlucky at the Dream Lottery wheel during Round 1.

So glad those two were able to reach out to you! :D

Umm, unless I'm in a time warp, my calendar says Thursday is 7 September and Saturday is 9 September (this year).
You might want to specify, just so they know when to visit your fridge. ;)
Hi, I;m in for round 2!

- cherry tomato
- yellow string beans
- green string beans
- radishes
- strawberries
- zucchini flowers
- cucumber
- basil
- cucumber
- sweet peppers

:O

I should have included carrots in my list of produce, because my vision is clearly in dire need of sharpening. xD Thanks for spotting my typo, bjgamer!

Microfish_1: Hi, I;m in for round 2!
Hurrah! :D And good luck!
Edit: I just sent you a PM to say that you mentioned cucumber twice! Do not edit your post, as per the giveaway rules. Please create a new one instead. ;)

Just for everyone's info, I was contacted by zlaywal yesterday evening (my time) and they said they did not wish to participate for Round 2. I updated my OP to reflect this. Thanks for playing the first round, zlaywal, and I hope you had fun! :)

Endurantist: Congrats g2222! Hopefully the suspense didn't actually kill you. ;)
Happy gaming!

And thanks to matterbandit again, for the chance.
Normally, I avoid double-posting..., but my cause is a noble one! :P You are the only one who is "missing in action" and because your chat settings are set to privacy, this is the only way I can reach you. Through the art of pinging, which gogtrial34987 recently taught me. xD

You made me chuckle so much with your comment about the suspense actually killing our Round 1 winner, that I was hoping to see you back here for Round 2. ;) If you get this message and perhaps you have no desire to participate, please do let us know! Thanks and take care! :D
Just about 24 hours to Round 2 and the photogenic produce.

I'm wondering ... do we get any recipes with that? :p :)

Fantastic, most participants have returned for the second round! Good luck everyone!
I hope, this time I can stay awake long enough to see who's going to win.

Everdream Valley is a great game! But beware, it has a lot of bugs...
Such as ladybugs, stinkbugs, firebugs, and many more exotic beetles.
Butterflies, bees and dragonflies, too! =)
