I rarely come on, once a week, if that.. sometimes months in between, but know good people.

Actually they mostly renamed PM to Chat, after all the functionality is almost the same.

Why they had to rename it? I don't know.

Maybe chat sounds more familiar to the average gamer...

Chill guys, they announced from the start we would be able to continue the previous conversations. Something must have gone wrong or they're still working on the transition.

stg83: You can actually check in the Order History by keeping a check only on the boxes for redeemed and unredeemed gifts. They removed the gifts tab and integrated everything into a new Order History section under Orders and Settings in the Account.

Its not perfect and everything is jumbled together but it is one of the changes that I do appreciate for the extensive information it provides without having to scour through the email for all GOG order receipts.

Haha! That's entirely possible as well. :P
Still, I prefer to have a bit more confidence in their competence.
