Hey there. I tried to talk to you through the chat, but I send a message and it immediately dissapears. :/ I'm not sure if you actually could read it. Also, this new layout doesn't give me the option to send you a PM, so I tried the Friend Request button.

That's very strange. I've accepted your request--I'll try sending you a message to test it.

Edit: They're being deleted for me, too. I've had this happen once before and just waiting it out solved it, but obviously we have a time constraint with that SimCity key. Not sure what to do.

You could have the code messaged through a different service like steam, or even by email.

Hmm, then it's a general problem, because I didn't receive any of your messages as well. I already sent a support ticket.
