leon30: You can see someone that wants the game and posted his wish here, and contact him thru chat to ask if he still wants it in order to give it to him.

The other way around is to wait for a reply, here, and make the transfer after that.

And the 3rd good option is to make the code like that SDFSDFSD ? GFDGD and on a separate line to post what is ? so that automated bots lurking the forum to not be able to snatch the code.
I say more than 90% of the codes are snatched by ungrateful people, not by bots.

Yes! When someone substitute ? with 2 and remove the blank spaces around it will get the 14-cahracter code for the game that can be used on www.gog.com/redeem

In the case of a GOG code the gifter can see who redeemed the code under account -> orders and settings it is by default the first view -> orders history.

I vastly prefer if folks use the PM/chat system, rather than posting codes in the open (even encrypted ones). Not only does it reduce the likelihood of your code being poached by a scammer or leech, but it can lead to new friendships here (several of mine have started that way).

I know most of you want Xenonauts, so I apologize for being of no help there. I also want Xenonauts, but in all honesty, I could probably wait and pick it up later and just drop the key off IF I unlock it, due to the other games I'm currently and planning on playing (namely Witcher 3, Cities Skylines and Toonstruck, which I just bought today).

But here's a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. code:

Open code dropping just isn't safe, guys. It attracts scammers and leeches, so we should be using safer methods of gifting.

Thanks! As soon as I have a free game to give I will offer it here. trying to be patient during this sale and have some left over for my wishlist instead of impulse buys :)
