looks like this is finally fixed and it took almost a year for gogs top men to fix this

It's fixed for a while now. All games are giftable, but when you live in a discounted region and want to gift a game, you have to pay the US base price now.

PaterAlf: It's fixed for a while now. All games are giftable, but when you live in a discounted region and want to gift a game, you have to pay the US base price now.
More accurately. the regCN price, not the US price (see "Sheltered").
