Yes,but Paypal has a couple of bugs with Gog at the moment,maybe not at the moment but has had problems.

You can set your region to whatever you want.
He's just a german that set his region to the UK.

Vice versa. :) Correct. But as its vice versa, I'm currently bound to region lock.

I have no idea why nobody's told you about this yet, but there's actually a specific thread for trading: One small problem though: Paying somebody directly for games is NOT allowed, nor is it safe, either. You can offer to buy somebody something of equal value from their wishlist instead.

And enter their payment details? Not a sound idea.



You may want to try your luck in the Trading Thread. Keep in mind that you should not offer money - it's against the rules, check the OP, and may result in you getting scammed.
