I received a code to download the Oblivion game of the year edition last night and did so, got the email confirming with an order number, unfortunately did all this on my phone. Now I go to my gog account on my computer and cant find my game. I go to the chat support and get absolutely no help. does anyone here have any suggestions on how to find my game? I even gave them the order number, and all I got was the standard set of questions. I think I was talking to a computer not a live person.

It's under "E", as in Elder Scrolls, not "O" as in Oblivion...kinda hoping I'm not the only one with
that mistake :)

Only in GOG Galaxy. On the site, it's under T for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of the Year Edition Deluxe.
You can also just search your library for oblivion to find it.

OP only has 3 games. I'm pretty sure sorting order isn't getting in the way of finding it.
